Texas Real Estate License & SAE Courses

In order to become a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Texas, you must complete six core courses. (Principles of Real Estate I and II, Law of Agency, Law of Contracts, Real Estate Finance and Promulgated Contract Forms) for a total of 180 credit hours.
