Alabama Real Estate License

In order to become a licensed real estate agent in the state of Alabama, you must first complete a pre- licensing course approved by the Alabama Real Estate Commission.

Americas Best real estate school provides successful licensing courses, both online and in CD-ROM format, that fulfill all the licensing education requirements in Alabama.

Alabama real estate licensing requirements
  • Be at least 19 years old
  • Show proof of high school diploma or GED
  • Not had a real estate application or license rejected or revoked in any state within the past two years
  • Complete a 60 hour prelicense course and pass the state exam within a twelve month time period
  • Pass the licensing examination
