The following materials are provided by VanEd:

The VanEd Study Guide
The Colorado Real Estate Commission Manual, hereinafter referred to as "Manual"
The reference book Modern Real Estate Practice by Fillmore W. Galaty, Wellington J. Allaway, and Robert C. Kyle, 17th Edition (This book is not included with the 72 and 32 hour programs)

Using the Course Materials

The Van Education Center Study-Guide is used to review after reading the more detailed information in the two primary reference books - Modern Real Estate Practice and Colorado Real Estate Manual.

Follow the instructions on the introduction page found at the beginning of each Unit. Each reading assignment in the Modern Real Estate Practice or Colorado Real Estate Manual is followed by review in the Study-Guide either in the hard copy or online when you click on Course Material.
