VanEd offers all 60 hours of required pre-license education toward a salesperson's license in Nebraska:

Real Estate Principles (30 hours), divided into two modules

Real Estate Finance (30 hours), divided into two modules

Exam Prep - practice exams to help prepare for the general portion of the state licensing exam

Completion & Eligibility Certificates

In order for you to receive a Certificate of Completion of educational requirements you must successfully pass (75% or greater) the final exams for both modules. You can take all exams on the internet, and the exams are instantly graded.

A Certificate of Eligibility will be available for you online once both final exams have been successfully passed.

NOTE: You will not be able to make an appointment for testing until your Certificate of Eligibility and all other application materials are complete and filed with the Nebraska Real Estate Commission.
