In order to become a licensed real estate agent in the state of Missouri, you must first complete a pre- licensing course approved by the Missouri Real Estate Commission.

Americas Best real estate school provides successful licensing courses, both online and in CD-ROM format, that fulfill all the licensing education requirements in Missouri.
Missouri real estate licensing requirements
Salesperson License
- Be at least 18 years of age and fulfill ONE of the following requirements:
- Complete a 48-hour, state approved prelicense course.
- Be a licensed attorney.
- Be granted a one-time sitting for the exam by the Missouri Real Estate Commission.
- Qualify for a one-time sitting for the exam by having been actively licensed in another state as a salesperson or broker for 12 of the 18 months immediately preceding the test date.
- Pass the salesperson state examination with a 75%.
Broker License
- Be at least 18 years of age AND fulfill one of the following requirements:
- Complete a 48-hour, state approved prelicense course and hold an active MO salesperson license for 24 of the last 30 months immediatly preceding the application for examination.
- Be a licensed attorney.
- Pass the brokers state exam with a 75%.
