Colorado GRI Courses - Graduate REALTOR® Institute

These on-line courses are sponsored by the Planning Institute of Colorado (PIC), a non-profit organization affiliated with the American Planning Association Colorado Chapter. The Institute primarily exists to expand the knowledge and understanding of planning concepts for individuals that deal in land use and land use planning.

Courses are continually updated by a team of PIC instructors. Courses are geared to the needs of the individual practitioner, whether that be in real estate, appraising, or other allied profession.

Get a Jump Start on the new Real Estate PIC Certificate

PIC certification enables the holder of the certificate to use the initials P.I.C. after their name, signifying satisfactory completion of the courses and a basic understanding of the concepts used in land use planning.

Individuals satisfactorily completing the three core courses (currently online) and at least thirty-two (32) hours of elective credit, to be online by mid 2008.
