VanEd is pleased to offer online GRI courses for Missouri REALTORS®.

The Graduate REALTOR® Institute is designed primarily for REALTORS® whose main business activity is residential real estate. The course of study helps members increase their knowledge and skills in a broad array of technical subjects and in the fundamentals of real estate.

Obtaining your Missouri GRI designation

To obtain the GRI designation in Missouri you must take the following steps:

1. Be a member in good standing with both the National Association of REALTORS® and the Missouri Association of REALTORS®.

2. Complete all twelve (12) courses within a consecutive 5 year period.
