Colorado Real Estate Continuing Education Basics

VanEd is the largest online source of continuing education and designation courses in Colorado.

VanEd offers over 40 courses covering all aspects of real estate practice, including the 2008 Colorado Real Estate Commission's 4-hr Update Course which is required annually of all real estate agents.

All licensed real estate agents are required to obtain continuing education credits each year from a certified school. The Colorado Real Estate Commission sets guidelines on the amount and type of continuing education required.
