The Graduate REALTOR® Institute is designed primarily for agents whose main business activity is residential real estate. The course of study helps members increase their knowledge and skills in a broad array of technical subjects and in the fundamentals of real estate. The program also provides opportunities to develop important business contacts.

While some of the courses in the program will offer Continuing Education credit in the future, the majority will only count for GRI credit from the Colorado Association of REALTORS®. VanEd is the online service provider for this program.

Obtaining your GRI designation
To obtain the GRI designation, you must be a REALTOR® and take the following steps:

1.  Complete your online VanEd enrollment and set up a student account, and;
2.  Complete 90 Hours of approved courses including the required course 'Ethics and Professional Standards', and;
3.  At the conclusion of your coursework, apply for secondary membership in CAR as well as apply for your GRI designation. VanEd will update your information directly to CAR to expedite the designation process for all Wyoming REALTORS®.
