Washington GRI Courses


The Graduate REALTOR® Institute is designed primarily for agents whose main business activity is residential real estate. The course of study helps members increase their knowledge and skills in a broad array of technical subjects and in the fundamentals of real estate. The program also provides opportunities to develop important business contacts.

Obtaining your GRI designation
To obtain the GRI designation in Washington you must take the following steps:

1.  Be a REALTOR® in good standing. REALTORS® are members of the National Association of REALTORS®.
2.  Complete all of the courses in the GRI Program within 5 years.
3.  You may complete the courses in any order you wish. When you complete all of the courses in the program, you will need to submit your Designation application directly to WAR.
