Nebraska GRI Courses

The Graduate REALTOR® Institute is designed primarily for agents whose main business activity is residential real estate. The course of study helps members increase their knowledge and skills in a broad array of technical subjects and in the fundamentals of real estate. The program also provides opportunities to develop important business contacts.

Obtaining your GRI designation
To obtain the GRI designation in Nebraska you must take the following steps:

1.  Be a registered REALTOR®.
2.  Complete all six (6) courses within a 5 year period.

Nebraska GRI 106 - Technology and Taxation This is a combination of two modules:
    Taxation in Real Estate - #0416 (CE & GRI Credit)
    Technology Applications (GRI Credit)

You will be enrolled in these two modules separately, and receive credit for the Graduate REALTOR® Institute, GRI 106 course when both modules are complete. You will also receive 6 hours of CE credit for the Taxation module.
