Colorado GRI Courses - Graduate REALTOR® Institute


The Graduate REALTOR® Institute is designed primarily for agents whose main business activity is residential real estate. The course of study helps members increase their knowledge and skills in a broad array of technical subjects and in the fundamentals of real estate. The program also provides opportunities to develop important business contacts.

Most of the courses in the program offer Continuing Education credit from the Colorado Association of REALTORS®. VanEd is the online service provider for this program.

Obtaining your GRI designation
To obtain the Colorado GRI designation, you must take the following steps:
1.  Be a registered REALTOR®.
2.  Submit a GRI application form to CAR. CLICK HERE to open the GRI application.
3.  Complete 90 Hours of CAR approved courses including the required course 'Ethics and Professional Practices'.
