Colorado GRI Courses - Graduate REALTOR® Institute

The Graduate REALTOR® Institute is designed primarily for agents whose main business activity is residential real estate. The course of study helps members increase their knowledge and skills in a broad array of technical subjects and in the fundamentals of real estate. The program also provides opportunities to develop important business contacts.

Most of the courses in the program offer Continuing Education credit from the Colorado Association of REALTORS®. VanEd is the online service provider for this program.

Obtaining your GRI designation

To obtain the Colorado GRI designation, you must take the following steps:
1.  Be a registered REALTOR®.
2.  Submit a GRI application form to CAR. CLICK HERE to open the GRI application.
3.  Complete all 15 CAR approved GRI courses. These may be completed online or in a classroom, and may be completed in any order.

Students have four years to complete the entire course of study.

The purpose of this course is to provide REALTORS® with tools and strategies to embrace the cyclical market and exceed buyer expectations from first contact through transaction closing.
