The Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) requires all real estate licensees to have completed fourteen hours of continuing education classes before renewing any active real estate license. Of this, 3 credit hours covering 'Core Law' topics are required.
Select and complete any of the classes or packages below and earn CE credit in Florida. All classes are approved for Florida commercial real estate continuing education by the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) and count toward your real estate license renewal.
