Wyoming Real Estate Continuing Education Courses

All licensed real estate agents are required to obtain 45 hours of continuing education credits every three years. The Wyoming Real Estate Commission sets guidelines on the amount and type of continuing education required.


Get a Wyoming GRI!
To obtain the GRI designation, you must be a REALTORĀ® and take the following steps:

1.  Complete your online VanEd enrollment and set up a student account, and;
2.  Complete 90 Hours of approved courses including the required course 'Ethics and Professional Standards', and;
3.  At the conclusion of your coursework, apply for secondary membership in CAR as well as apply for your GRI designation. VanEd will update your information directly to CAR to expedite the designation process for all Wyoming REALTORSĀ®.
