The Nebraska Real Estate Commission requires all licensees to have completed 18 hours of Nebraska real estate continuing education within the 2-year licensing period. Of this, at least 6 credit hours must be in 'designated subject matter' courses which are indicated with the letter 'R' in the 4-digit course content number.
