Kentucky Real Estate Continuing Education Courses

The Kentucky Real Estate Commission requires all active licensees who were originally licensed after June 19th, 1976 to complete six hours of continuing education each calendar year. At least three hours must be in Law.

KREC also requires all Online continuing education courses to be ARELLO certified. VanEd courses delivered for continuing education are ARELLO certified.

Course completion certificates will be available immediately and must be provided to KREC within 14 days after course completion

Residential Environmental Hazards Screening (Law Credit may be awarded for this course)	The student is also introduced to the many environmental hazards and detrimental environmental conditions that affect individual sites and building. They are shown how it is possible for a real estate professional to screen a property for apparent environmental hazards without extensive additional training.
