Florida Real Estate License Continuing Education Classes Online

The Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) requires all real estate licensees to have completed fourteen hours of continuing education classes before renewing any active real estate license. Of this, 3 credit hours covering 'Core Law' topics are required. The Core Law requirement is satisfied within either our 101 or 103 courses.

CE completions will be reported to the DBPR by Florida REALTORS within 30 days of completion, unless coursework is completed within a renewal month (March or September) when the information will be reported to the DBPR within 10 days of completion.
