Colorado Continuing Education Courses

VanEd maintains an extensive selection of CE courses, including new MRE courses and the mandatory REC Update Course, that make it simple to satisfy the education requirements of your license.

The Real Estate Commission of Colorado requires all licensees to have completed twenty-four hours of continuing education before renewing any active three-year license. VanEd makes it as simple as possible to satisfy this requirement, all online and from the convienience of your home.

Who must take Continuing Education:

  • Active licensed brokers renewing their 3-year license.
  • Inactive licensees desiring to activate a 3-year license.
  • Expired licensees who wish to reinstate their license on active status

    Colorado Broker Transition This course of study is for the transition from a Colorado salesperson's license to a broker associate license. It is also accepted once in a lifetime for the full 24 hours of continuing education. 24 CE $225 View Course Outline
    CREC Annual Update Course - 2008 Version 1 NEW Colorado Real Estate Commision Annual Update Course
    Mandatory course as required by the Real Estate Commission in Colorado. 8 hours required every 3 years. This is the most current and only available version of the course, and is valid beginning October 15th, 2007.

    Ethics and Professional Practice-GRI Content Update March 2008!
    Covers the interpretation and application of the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice in Colorado. This is the only required course in the GRI program in Colorado, and many local associations require this course as a condition of membership (check with local board for specific requirements)
