VanEd is currently offers a course covering how to make a Single-Family Appraisal on the Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR), with additional continuing education courses coming soon. We will be offering the 7hr USPAP course starting in spring 2008.
All appraisal CE courses are offered entirely online, and can be completed from the comfort of your home or office. Instructors are available Monday - Friday by phone or email to assist with questions for any of the courses. A certificate of completion is available online as soon as you finish each course. |
 
All VanEd Appraisal CE courses are IDECC and AQB approved.

URAR Course
This course trains appraisers who are already familiar with the generally-accepted principles of real estate appraising to make an appraisal of a single-family residence on the Uniform Residential Appraisal Report Form (URAR). Students will become familiar with the Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and USPAP guidelines that apply to the URAR.
USPAP 7hr Course
This course was created by the The Appraiser Qualifications Board of The Appraisal Foundation and is required of all licensed and certified appraisers once every two years.
VanEd plans to provide a unique opportunity for appraisers to take this important course online starting in the spring of 2008. |
