  • Presents relevant techniques associated with the valuation of residential sites. Additionally, the various techniques associated with developing the Cost Approach are included. Case studies are available for students to practice the various techniques based on data that is provided.
  • Wisconsin Sales Comparison Course Sales Comparison and Income Approaches - 30 hrs

  • Provides an in-depth analysis of the Sales Comparison Approach and the Income Approach as they are applied to residential properties. Cash equivalency, identification, derivation and measurement of adjustments, and reconciliation process are covered. The student will have the opportunity to practice the various techniques.
