In order to become a real estate appraiser, you must first complete licensing courses approved by the Utah Division of Real Estate. There are four levels of appraiser licensing in Utah starting with Trainee Appraiser, and progessing to the more advanced levels of Licensed Appraiser, Certified Residential Appraiser, and Certified General Appraiser.
