In November 2008, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac released a new form entitled Market Conditions Addendum to the Appraisal Report (Fannie Mae 1004MC, Freddie Mac 71) to be used to reflect current market conditions. Van Education Center is an approved educational provider for appraisal licensing in many states. We encourage you to contact your state regulatory agency to inquire when VanEd online coursework will be approved for qualifying education credit in Tennessee.

In some states, course completion certificates from another state are acceptable as evidence of educational requirements. If your state accepts course completion certificates from an Appraisal Foundation approved school or from another state, you may be eligible to take this course in one of our approved states. Please confirm acceptance in Tennessee prior to starting the course.
