In order to become a real estate appraiser, you must first complete licensing courses approved by the Colorado Board of Real Estate Appraisers. With over 3500 pre-licensing students, Vaned is one of the most trusted online real estate schools. There are four levels of appraiser licensing in Colorado starting with Registered Appraiser, and progessing to the more advanced levels of Licensed Appraiser, Certified Residential Appraiser, and Certified General Appraiser.
