Every Fannie or Freddie appraisal will REQUIRE the Fannie Mae Form #1004MC / Freddie Mac Form #71 form as of April 1st, 2009. Our three hour course is all it takes to understand what Fannie/Freddie want, and learn exactly how to give it to them. CE credit is NOT available for this course.
