Who should take Exam Prep?
The VanEd Real Estate Exam Prep course represents an excellent opportunity to prepare for the state exam. Anyone who is preparing for the entry level state exam should consider taking the exam prep.
Proration Review
Many students have trouble with proration problems in the Colorado portion of the state exam. We have included a brief review of proration techniques, and 15 proration practice exercises.
Practice Exams
There are a total of 14 practice exams covering a range of topics from the state exam with study hints provided for each question. Topics covered: Contracts, Settlements, Trust Accounts & Record Keeping, Agency & Brokerage Relationships, Fair Housing & Property Management, Finance & Trust Deeds, License Law & Investigation, Rules and Regulations, Subdivision Laws & Rule F
Summary Exams
VanEd's Exam Prep Summary exams are a comprehensive test of your real estate knowledge, and closely match the state portion of the Colorado licensing exam. There are three 74 question exams, each with entirely different questions so that you a tested multiple times on the same material.
Upon completion of each exam the student is provided the full list of questions, an analysis by category of exam questions, and an overall score for the exam.
