Real Estate Appraisal - No. 0211
For the person who owns or plans to own real estate, knowing how much a property is worth is a crucial part of the buying or selling decision. For the real estate practitioner, being able to estimate the value of a property is an essential part of taking a listing and conducting negotiations.

The purpose of the Real Estate Appraisal course is to provide the student with an overview of real estate appraisal. The Course includes detailed discussions of the central purposes and functions of an appraisal, social and economic determinants of the value of real estate, appraisal case studies, cost, market data, and income approaches to value estimates of real estate, final correlations and reporting.
