Biography Victoria Caldwell

Victoria Caldwell entered the real estate business in 1979, working in Oklahoma City and Edmond and has been a rising star ever since. In her 26 years of selling residential real estate, Victoria has always maintained a place with the top selling associates in the area. She has received numerous awards, certifications and designations including Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate REALTOR® Institute, Certified Residential Broker and Accredited Buyer's Representative.

While Victoria has been successful in her career, she has also been willing to give back to the real estate community through her teaching. She has been a popular instructor at the Oklahoma REALTOR® Institute for more than 20 years teaching topics such as selling properties in foreclosure, marketing, hiring and training real estate assistants, and time and business management. She also is certified to teach 17 other courses through the Oklahoma Real Estate Commission.

Victoria has served her local and state Associations of REALTORS® with enthusiasm. In 1987, she was elected president of the Edmond Board of REALTORS® and for the two years following, was appointed to the position of District Vice President of the Central District of the Oklahoma Association of REALTORS®. Victoria was 2007 President of the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Association of REALTORS®. Victoria has served on the Oklahoma Association of REALTORS® Professional Development Committee and is currently on the MLSOK.com Board of Directors.

The favorite and most rewarding personal activities for Victoria include anything having to do with music. Her formal education was obtained at the University of Arizona where she completed her Bachelors of Music. Victoria has now completed the course work for her Masters of Music Education from the University of Central Oklahoma and is working on her thesis which, when completed, will earn her a Masters in Music Education.
