GRI - Graduate REALTOR® Institute

The GRI symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. REALTORSŪ with the GRI designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients.

Developed for members of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORSŪ and offered through State REALTORŪ Associations, the GRI program includes 90 hours of coursework on topics from marketing and servicing listed properties to real estate law.

Why Become a GRI?

In today's competitive business environment you need more than just motivation and initiative to succeed, you need the advantage of the education you receive in the GRI program.

The Graduate REALTORŪ Institute (GRI) designation indicates to buyers, sellers and other real estate industry professionals that you have made the commitment to provide a high level of professional service to your clients by securing a strong educational foundation. And those REALTORSŪ who have a GRI make more than $30,000 per year more on average that those who do not have a GRI designation.

VanEd is proud to provide the GRI program online for more state assocations than any other online education provider, including the following State REALTORŪ Associations.
