Please Note: This course may be used one time in a licensees career for the total required 24 hr Continuing Education credit. This course may be taken only once in your career for CE credit.
This 24 credit hour course of study was originally designed and used for the transition from a Colorado salesperson's license to a broker associate license pursuant to 12-61-103.5 C.R.S. The course is now used for Brokers wishing to update a license that is either inactive or expired (within the last three years) to Active status with the Division of Real Estate in Colorado. This course should be completed prior to December 31st of this year.
This course material covers the relationship among listing contracts, sales contracts and the closing.
