 Real Estate Computer Principles-Using the Internet Click to begin a new CE student enrollment
This course teaches real estate agents the technical skills and understanding needed to use the Internet to keep their clients and customers informed concerning the major issues affecting the real estate industry. These issues include, but are not limited to, lead paint hazards, radon mitigation, home heating efficiency, interest rate movements, financing requirements, Real Estate Commission regulations and complaint procedures.

The student will learn to create an e-mail newsletter that has built into it links covering these important issues along with a topic explanation for each link.

Course topics include:

  • Searching the web for topic information.
  • Creating an e-mail distribution list.
  • Helping clients download needed programs (Adobe Reader, updated browsers).
