Before taking Water Law II, the student should have completed the VanEd course Water Law I.
In Water Law II the student will learn the various types of ground water, as well as how each type is administered in Colorado. The student will also learn the various types of wells and how they may be permitted, or not. In addition, the student will learn the questions that should be asked when a well or potential well is important to the land his/her client is considering, as well as where to look for answers to well-related questions.
Students may receive both CE and MRE credit for this course.
