Please Note: This course may be used one time in a licensees career for the total required 24 hr Continuing Education credit. This course may be taken only once in your career for credit. If you have missed any one or more of the Real Estate Commission Update courses, this course will satisfy that requirement during one license period.
This 24 Credit Hour course is required by the Real Estate Commission in order to upgrade from Associate or Independent Broker to the Managing/Employing Broker level.
This course may NOT be used to upgrade an Inactive Salespersons license to Broker Associate. Please contact us at cecredit@vaned.com for information on the Broker Transition Course.
