 IRA Investments in Real Estate - Part 2 #3563
This course will dig a little deeper into the ins and outs of using IRA investments in real estate. A more detailed understanding of IRA accounts, Disqualified persons, purchasing with an entity and background into relevant case studies will be presented. Brokers will understand The Rollins Decision, elements of LLC operation in relation to IRA investing and selling IRA-owned real estate. This course helps protect the public by keeping brokers informed of options involved with the IRA market. (Part 1 is not a prerequisite, but Part 2 will build on the information presented in Part 1.)
