 24 hour Colorado License Activation Package
The latest Real Estate Commission update course must be taken along with 20 hours of electives for anyone activating an inactive or expired* (*less than 3 years) license. This 4-course package includes the current CREC Update course (4 hours) and CE courses totaling 20 hours.
  • The 2011 CREC Update Course covers current topics including Compliance Issues, 2011 New and Revised Forms, new regulations and general practices. 4 hours mandatory CE credit

  • Foreclosures covers the details of the foreclosure process and updates to the Foreclosure Protection Act. 6 hours CE credit

  • Colorado Residential Contracts highlights changed or new forms for 2010. Students will also learn about all Listing and Sales contracts and forms and addendums used in Colorado. All contracts covered in this course are the current Colorado Real Estate Commission's approved contracts. 8 hours CE credit

  • Housing Construction gives an overview of the Housing Industry and what goes in to building a home. 6 hours CE credit
All courses are online and self-paced. Each contain multiple choice quizzes, and will be completed with a multiple choice final exam. Completion certificates will be available to print online in your student account.

Once your required education is complete, you can reinstate your license with the Division of Real Estate by clicking here and selecting the appropriate form.
