In this comprehensive overview of Colorado Water Law, students will learn the various types of ground and surface water, as well as how each type is administered in Colorado. The student will also learn the various types of wells and how they may be permitted, or not. In addition, the student will learn the questions that should be asked when a well or potential well is important to the land his/her client is considering, as well as where to look for answers to well-related questions.
Students may receive both CE and GRI credit for this course.
