| The purpose of all CE credit courses is to keep real estate professionals up to date in their field in order to protect the public. The goal of this Colorado Contracts course is to give the student a working in-depth knowledge of the Colorado Real Estate Commission approved 2008 contracts.
A secondary goal is to familiarize the student with the Real Estate Commission's Internet site which contains updates on new and upcoming contract changes.
Note: All contracts used in this course are the Colorado Real Estate Commission's approved contracts, 2008 versions.
